More about this tool

Mail merges, labels and many import templates expect a full name or a complete address in one single column, while your list keeps first name, last name, street and city in separate columns. In Excel that means writing a formula like =A2&" "&B2 and copying it down.

With this tool you simply click the columns in the order you want, choose a separator and give the new column a name. A preview shows the first row before anything happens. Empty cells are skipped, and dates or amounts appear exactly as you see them in Excel.

The result is saved as a cleaned copy of your file. Your original is not changed and nothing is uploaded.
