Empty cells

Leave empty cells as they are

Use this if you only want to delete empty rows or columns below.

Fill with a fixed value

Every empty cell inside your table gets this value:

Fill down from the cell above

Copies the value above into empty cells — useful for grouped reports where a name is only written once.

Delete

Delete rows that are completely empty

Only rows where every cell is blank.

Delete columns that are completely empty

Only columns with no values below the header.

Only the first worksheet is cleaned. Other worksheets, and any title rows above your table, are kept unchanged. Values, number formats and dates are kept; cell colors and fonts are not carried over. Row numbers refer to your original file.
